With this madeleine mix, you can easily create delicious homemade madeleines with a perfect texture, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just like traditional ones. This ready-to-use mix is ideal for anyone who wants to prepare a quick and simple snack, without needing scales or complications.

Instructions for use:
- Pour the contents of the mix into a bowl.
- Add 2 eggs and 100g of melted butter.
- Mix until you get a light and homogeneous batter.
- Fill the cavities of the maker or mould without overflowing.
- Cook until golden brown and enjoy.
Ingredients: WHEAT flour (49%) (France), cane sugar, baking powder (potato starch, sodium bicarbonate, tartaric acid), salt (0.5%).
